Spin class with Tanner and a quick walk after. Great mix, including some Cinco de Mayo theme, Britney Spears, White Zombie @ Rihanna.  Really wish he taught more than once a week!

WOD 5/3/13

Great day at CrossFit! Mom and sister came! So fun. Don’t have the numbers, but was benching 65#. 

Maybe should of gone heavier since the first few rounds were 15+ reps and I think most were closer to 10. 

Nevertheless, glad Mom got to see how it’s done! :)

Just fine for the WOD.  Managed to do some cleans despite the shoulder — only got up to 70# though.  Actually, now that I am thinking about it… I definitely did #75.  Whiteboard is wrong! 15 minutes was a looooong time, especially considering the OHS (45#).  Did 10 rounds + 10.  Not horrible.  Jumping pullups, of course.  Felt like my situps were a little faster than usual….but maybe that was because there were only 6 of them. :)

Was feeling energetic (late dinner with Mom of a half a chicken and sweet potatoes), so walked straight over to spin for an hour long class.  Yee haw!

Good workout.  Managed to do some bar muscle ups and it didn’t hurt the shoulder - yay!
Tacked on 100 situps and a plank at the end for good measure.  :)

No WOD 4/25/13.  It was all push press and clean and jerk — neither of which the shoulder can handle.  Sooo, I went to spin instead!  Not too shabby.  Kind of liking this little Polar FT7. :)

Good little AMRAP and I was ready to go after taking yesterday off.  You’ll notice a new feature today - I got a Polar HRM.  Not sure how accurate these things are, but another little something to track.  I enjoy tracking. :)

Subbed the pull ups with 45# barbell rows (shoulder stillllll)

5 + 47 - seems ok to me - roughly 3m/round, right?

Not sure if it is the Whole 30 or what, but I felt like I had a ton of energy (except during Mountain Climbers - they suck).  Even went for a quick jog around the block after the WOD (was just kind of hot), but that is basically unheard of for me.  Hate running.  Whatever it is, I’ll take it! 
Craving veggies like crazy, so just cooked up a huge batch of broccoli, spinach and zucchini to add to egg breakfast and chili lunch. Yum!
