Longer WOD, which we were anticipating based on coach’s comments yesterday. Not horrible though. Subbed pushups for pull-ups as shoulder was a bit sore. Time: 20:40
Not sure if it is the Whole 30 or what, but I felt like I had a ton of energy (except during Mountain Climbers - they suck). Even went for a quick jog around the block after the WOD (was just kind of hot), but that is basically unheard of for me. Hate running. Whatever it is, I’ll take it!
Craving veggies like crazy, so just cooked up a huge batch of broccoli, spinach and zucchini to add to egg breakfast and chili lunch. Yum!
